What Game Room is

Game Room is a free platform for live game nights. An organiser creates an event, players join from their phones, and every point is calculated automatically by our servers.

Free to play, no betting

Joining and playing is free. Organisers must not charge players an entry fee, stake or any payment that goes towards a prize. Game Room is not a betting or gambling service.

Prizes

Any prize is offered by the organiser, not by Game Room. The organiser decides it, pays it and is responsible for it. Game Room never collects, holds or sends money, and never asks for bank or card details.

Organisers

Organisers are responsible for their events and for anything they upload, such as photos, audio clips and questions. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after the event.

Fair play

Play with one device, as yourself. Do not tamper with the app, share answers during a round, or use tools to gain an advantage. Organisers may remove players, and we may remove events or content that break these terms.

Results

Scores are calculated by our servers from the answers and times they receive. Network delays can affect timings. Results are final once the event ends.

No guarantees

Game Room is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, Game Room is not liable for losses arising from its use, including any dispute about a prize.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
